Refund & Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of research peptides and chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been shipped. This policy exists to ensure the integrity, safety, and chain of custody of our research compounds.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is visibly damaged during shipping or appears defective upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@webpep-n.shop with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
- A description of the issue
At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds.
Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship the correct item at no additional charge. You do not need to return the incorrect item.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors, building management, and any safe drop locations
- Wait 2 additional business days — carriers sometimes pre-mark packages as delivered
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- Then email us and we will assist with a carrier claim
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet entered processing. Email support@webpep-n.shop immediately. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Chargebacks
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to ban you from future purchases and pursue recovery through available legal means.
