Refund & Returns Policy Last updated: June 2026 ⚠️ Research Purposes Only: All products are sold for laboratory research use only. Not for human consumption. All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of research peptides and chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been shipped. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a product that is visibly damaged during shipping or appears defective upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@webpep-n.shop with your order number, photographs of the damaged item and packaging, and a description of the issue. At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds. Incorrect Orders If you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship the correct item at no additional charge. Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, check with neighbors and building management, wait 2 additional business days, then contact your local carrier with your tracking number. Email us and we will assist with a carrier claim. Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet entered processing.
