Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. No product names or company branding appear on the exterior of packages. Peptides are shipped with ice packs and insulated packaging to maintain product integrity during transit.

Cold Chain Integrity

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods during shipping. We recommend refrigerating at 2–8°C or freezing at -20°C upon receipt for extended storage.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's sole responsibility. WE B PEP-N is not responsible for packages held or seized by customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the legal status of all products in their destination country before ordering. Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Track your package directly through the carrier's website or via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Issues

WE B PEP-N is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to carrier error, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or customs holds. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
