Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. No product names or company branding appear on the exterior of packages. All peptides are shipped with ice packs and insulated packaging to maintain product integrity during transit.

Cold Chain Integrity

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods during shipping. However, for extended storage, products should be kept at 2–8°C (refrigerated) or -20°C (frozen) upon receipt. We recommend refrigerating or freezing all products immediately upon arrival.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. WE B PEP-N is not responsible for packages held or seized by customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the legal status of all products in their destination country before ordering.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Issues

WE B PEP-N is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to carrier error, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or customs holds. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
